Check this out! Mrs. Hodge's class learned about Tony Sarg and the history of the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade before break. They read Balloons Over Broadway, learned about the balloons of years past and present, and even took a virtual field trip to the parade! At the end of the day students became designers, creating their own parade float or balloon. Students loved having the opportunity to be creative and bring their balloon visions to life! Enjoy this video of their classroom parade!

This year, students paraded in costume to the Laurels and then through the school building for each other. We were so happy to see so many familiar faces on our walk! Thank you so much to the parents who enjoyed our parade. It was extra special to see you!

Our staff definitely enjoyed getting dressed up for the Halloween fun!

It's Hungry Howie's Pizza Night!!
If you're tired of cooking, please consider ordering pizza tonight and supporting your child's school! A percentage of all sales made tonight is donated to our school.
When you place an order tonight, mention your child's teacher's name. The class with the most orders tonight will win a pizza party!
Students completed a pumpkin run during Halloween! Each lap earned them a chance to earn a pumpkin! Students had an amazing time, and we are so grateful that the weather worked out for us to run!
Congratulations to our winners!

Staff participated in a pumpkin decorating contest. Students got to vote for their favorite, and Mrs. Miller was crowned this year's champion! Congratulations, Mrs. Miller!
