We have partnered with Oaklawn to bring two doctors into our schools (Legg Middle School and Coldwater High School) to perform sports physicals during the school day. This is a great opportunity for our student-athletes, and we appreciate both the CHS and LMS administration for making this possible.

As a reminder, a new physical dated after April 15 must be on file in the athletic office for participation during the next school year.

Cost: $20 (cash or check payable to Oaklawn)

Legg Middle School – Tuesday, April 28

Students will be called down via the PA system.

• 8 AM – 6th Grade (A–K)

• 9 AM – 6th Grade (L–Z)

• 10 AM – 7th Grade (A–K)

• 11 AM – 7th Grade (L–Z)

• 12:30 PM – 8th Grade (A–K)

• 1:30 PM – 8th Grade (L–Z)

Coldwater High School – Wednesday, April 29

Students will be called down via the PA system.

• 8 AM – 9th Grade & Afternoon BACC (A–K)

• 9:30 AM – 9th Grade & Afternoon BACC (L–Z)

• 11 AM – 10th Grade (A–K)

• 11:30 AM – 10th Grade (L–Z)

• 1 PM – 11th Grade (A–K)

• 1:30 PM – 11th Grade (L–Z)

Doctors will remain at each school until 5 PM for students who miss their scheduled time or are not in school that day.

The Coldwater Athletic Department will be utilizing HomeTown Ticketing digital tickets for regular season events. Here is the direct link to the Coldwater Athletics digital box office (single-event tickets for CHS home athletic events, all-access passes, family passes, and punch passes). The HomeTown Fan app is also available in the App Store and Google Play.

Passes cannot be used for tournaments and MHSAA postseason events.

• Family All Sport Pass - $200 (4 members), $220 (5 members), or $240 (6 members)

• Punch Pass - $35 (10 punches) or $60 (20 punches)

Passes can be used for all home athletic events EXCEPT for MHSAA Tournament events or invitationals/tournaments hosted by CHS or LMS.

MHSAA Physical Form (2-Page) - Completed physical forms/cards must be turned in to the Athletic Office in order for student-athletes to be eligible to participate.
